Elizabeth Murphy, Esq. is an Associate at the Law Firm of Miller & Milone, P.C. Ms. Murphy represents both institutional clients and individual clients in the areas of Medicaid Planning and Medicaid Applications, Fair Hearings, Article 78 Petitions, Supplemental Needs Trusts, Estates, Real Estate and Guardianships. Ms. Murphy graduated cum laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2006 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in April of 2007. During law school, Ms. Murphy spent a summer semester in Berlin, Germany where she focused on Justice, Dispute Resolution and Human Rights and received a CALI Academic Excellence Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Ms. Murphy was also a member of Touro’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Ms. Murphy earned her B.A. in Speech Communications and Rhetorical Studies from Hofstra University in 2002. Prior to working at Miller & Milone, P.C., Ms. Murphy was a Title Consultant and was responsible for closing real estate and clearing title on real properties throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Ms. Murphy is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section and the Nassau County Bar Association Elder Law Section.
